Alexander Wang is the graphic sportswear and mixed materials king, loved for his unique volumes and shapes.
Born in San Francisco in 1983, Alexander Wang was steeped in the American underground from a young age. In 2002, he enrolled at Parsons School of Design in New York, then worked with Marc Jacobs and Derek Lam. Alexander Wang also shares his love of fashion on the editorial staff of Vogue and Teen Vogue.
He launched his own eponymous label in 2005 showcasing a unique approach to knitwear with 6 unisex silhouettes. Spring 2007 saw the launch of his first women's ready-to-wear collection that was later followed by bags, shoes and the famous 'T by Alexander Wang' T-shirts.
