The story

Cartier, founded in 1847 by Louis-François Cartier, literally revolutionized the world of French watches and jewelry. The founder's son, Pierre Cartier, created the first Santos wristwatch and made Cartier a must-have for prestigious families.

In 1912, the famous Mystery Clocks were created and Cartier still keeps the secret of their manufacture today. Encouraged by its success, Cartier launched a range of lighters, as well as Must de Cartier leather goods, pens and a selection of captivating fragrances.
